Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist individuals pursuing legal immigration to the United States at the USCIS Application Support Center. You will guide applicants through biometrics, verify identity, and support crowd control while representing the company and the U.S.

government. Requires English proficiency, HS diploma, and the ability to stand for shifts; training is provided.

Formación

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright for scheduled shifts.
• Successful completion of biometrics training within sixty days.

Responsabilidades

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure entrants are approved applicants and assist with crowd control and site rules.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the United States Government.
• Perform biometrics processing including fingerprints, photographs, and signatures.
• Screen applicants for valid appointment notices and IDs, and manage visitor logs.
