Job summary

Amentum is hiring a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist in Fort Myers, FL to welcome and assist individuals pursuing immigration to the United States. You will guide applicants through biometrics and identity verification at the USCIS ASC, delivering respectful service and accurate processing.

This is an on-call, hourly position with training provided. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with policies, and teamwork with Site Supervisors and government officers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright for shift duration.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicant’s hands for fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with the public.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants.
• Ensure entrants are approved and manage crowd flow at the ASC.
• Provide front-line customer service as a representative of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Assist with administrative duties and site checks as needed.
