Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to support applicants at the USCIS Application Support Center in the Fort Lauderdale area. You will greet visitors, guide them through biometrics steps, and help maintain orderly ASC operations.

The role is casual on-call, with an hourly rate of $18.87 and benefits support. You must be available Monday–Friday within a 7:45am–4:15pm window and be able to obtain required facility credentials.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training and become certified within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure all who enter the ASC are approved applicants and visitors while providing crowd control and assisting staff with ASC rules and policies.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the United States Government.
