Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist at the USCIS Application Support Center in Fort Lauderdale. You will greet applicants, guide them through biometric enrollment, verify identities, and maintain a respectful, supportive environment.

This is an on-site, on-call role with training provided by Amentum. You will handle front-line customer service, assist staff, collect necessary documents, and ensure compliance with program rules.

Formación

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright on one’s feet for scheduled shift duration, excluding meals and breaks.

Responsabilidades

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure all who enter the ASC are approved applicants and visitors while providing crowd control and assisting staff in enforcing ASC rules and policies.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and on behalf of the United States Government.
