Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist individuals pursuing legal immigration at the USCIS Application Support Center. You will guide applicants through biometrics appointments, perform biometric processing, and ensure a respectful, secure environment.

The role is casual on-call with a 7:45am–4:15pm schedule, offering benefits like retirement options and health programs. Compensation begins at $17.75 per hour under the SCA.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
• US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright on one’s feet for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicant’s hands to obtain quality fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment with the public.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration.
• Ensure entrants are approved applicants and provide crowd control.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Maintain visitor control logs and complete administrative paperwork.
