Job summary

Wright Technical Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and verify high-complexity biomedical systems at customer sites in the Cincinnati region. You will serve as the technical liaison with clinical and administrative staff, ensuring safety, uptime, and excellent customer experiences.

The role requires regional travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of biomedical technician experience.
• Willing to travel regionally; company vehicle provided.
• Hands-on, mechanically minded problem-solver.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Detail-oriented with ownership and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform performance assurance inspections and maintenance on biomedical equipment.
• Install, calibrate, and verify complex systems.
• Inform supervisors of repair status and any customer concerns.
• Maintain biomedical expertise through ongoing training.
