Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and verify the performance of complex biomedical systems at customer sites. You will act as a technical advisor to clinical staff, ensuring safe usage and supporting equipment lifecycle planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Biomedical Technician role across various equipment types.
• Curious, mechanically minded problem-solvers who enjoy diagnosing issues and using hands-on skills.
• Strong communication with customers and ability to build trust and explain findings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform PA inspections, maintenance, ESI, and OV procedures on complex biomedical systems.
• Lead with autonomy, travel to multiple sites, and maintain service documentation.
