Job summary

Wright Technical Services seeks a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and verify the performance of complex biomedical systems with minimal supervision. You will travel regionally to customer sites and serve as a technical advisor to clinicians and staff for safe equipment usage and appropriate device procurement.

This role offers exposure across biotech, med-tech, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors.

Qualifications

• Must travel regionally; company vehicle provided and expenses covered.
• Minimum 2 years of Biomedical Technician experience with diverse equipment.
• Able to diagnose issues independently and work with hands-on, mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong communication to explain findings and build trust with customers.
• Comfortable working autonomously, traveling, and managing own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform safety inspections, maintenance, and operation verification procedures.
• Install, calibrate, and verify complex biomedical equipment and systems.
• Inform supervisors of repair status and customer concerns.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and provide equipment usage guidance.
