Job summary

STAT Biomedical, a Scientific Safety Alliance company, seeks a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and verify the performance of complex biomedical systems with minimal supervision. You’ll advise clinical staff on safe equipment usage and help evaluate new device acquisitions.

This role offers exposure across biotech, med-tech, pharma, and healthcare sectors. You’ll perform maintenance, testing, and calibration at customer sites, build trusted relationships, and uphold

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Biomedical Technician or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across the region.
• Curious, mechanically minded problem-solvers who can diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and keep customer operations running.
• Perform certifications, maintenance, testing, and calibration on biomedical equipment.
• Inform supervisors on repair status, inspections, and any customer concerns.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians and facility teams.
