Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a #3 Bindery Operator (1st shift) in Eagan, MN. You will perform setup, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot on core publishing workflows within the printing plant team. Strong attention to safety and quality is required.

Responsibilities include documenting activities, coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring timely production while leveraging SAP and Tier Boards. Competitive benefits are offered with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher.
• Know Lean concepts and continuous improvement.
• Able to read safety rules and production orders.
• Able to lift at least 5 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with bindery lines and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications and set-up requirements.
• Perform set-up tasks and monitor equipment.
• Troubleshoot product or equipment issues.
• Communicate during shift hand-off and maintain safety.
• Document activities in Tier Boards and SAP.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
