Job summary

Sheridan is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for finishing/bindery work on the night shift. We train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to producing books and printed materials.

You'll join a fast-paced, team-oriented production floor and learn through hands-on instruction, safety procedures, and quality checks. Overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits follow after start-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry preferred.
• Reliable with team-oriented mindset.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Move materials to/from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work with team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
