Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate - Finishing/Bindery on the nighttime shift. We train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and work hands-on to produce books and printed materials. No bindery experience is required; prior machinery experience in any industry is acceptable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and safety rules.
• Basic math and measurement skills for quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons and package finished goods.
• Move materials and products safely on the production floor.
• Perform hand operations as required to support finishing tasks.
• Work with a team to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
