Sheridan is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate for finishing/bindery work on a nighttime 7p–7a shift. No bindery experience is required—we provide training to operate high-speed bindery equipment and produce books and printed materials.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and safety on a fast-paced production floor, with opportunities for overtime and career growth at a stable, full-time employer.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry
• HS diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, manuals
• Basic math skills and measuring ability
• Reliable, team-oriented mindset
• Read and interpret basic job instructions and measurements

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine
• Pack books into cartons
• Move materials to and from workstation
• Perform hand operations as required
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean
