Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate on the nighttime 7p–7a shift to operate high-speed bindery equipment with on-the-job training. You’ll help feed, inspect, and finish books and print materials, while maintaining a safe, organized workspace and meeting daily production goals.

No bindery experience is required as training is provided; candidates should be reliable, able to read instructions, and comfortable with basic math and hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Basic math and measurement reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Safely move materials/books to and from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality.
