Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate - Finishing/Bindery on the Night shift (7p–7a) Full-Time. We'll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment, feed books, pack orders, and help maintain quality. You’ll join a fast-paced, team-focused production floor, learn skilled equipment, and contribute to meeting daily goals.

Qualifications

• You’ll train on hand and machine operations on high-speed bindery equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Read and comprehend instructions and work orders; basic math and measuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine and monitor processing.
• Pack books into cartons and prepare for shipment.
• Move materials safely between workstation and staging areas.
• Perform hand operations as required to support production.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure adherence to procedures.
