Sheridan is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for Finishing/Bindery on the Nighttime Shift 7p–7a. We train you to run high-speed bindery equipment, turning books and printed materials into finished products on a fast-paced production floor.

You’ll work as part of a team to hit daily goals, perform required hands-on duties, inspect products for quality, and follow safety procedures in a clean workspace. No bindery experience is required—the training program supports a long-term career in print

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required; training provided for bindery tasks.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and work orders.
• Basic math and measurement reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Safely move materials/books to and from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality and safety.
