Job summary

Sheridan is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for finishing/bindery on the nighttime shift (7pm–7am). We'll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment, with overtime opportunities and a path to a long-term career in print manufacturing.

No bindery experience? No problem — we train. You will feed books into the machine, pack, inspect quality, and work with a team to meet daily production goals. Physical, hands-on work on site with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required; willing to train.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine
• Pack books into cartons
• Safely move materials/books to and from workstation
• Perform hand operations as required
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
