Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate on the Night Shift (7p–7a) in finishing/bindery. We train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to the production of books and printed materials. No bindery experience required; we train you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related training/experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety rules, and manuals.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Move materials safely to/from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work with team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
