Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced BIM Lead to manage model-based information across design teams, trade subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout preconstruction, engineering, fabrication and field installation of BIM deliverables.

You will coordinate model content, reviews, and submittals, ensuring conformance to contract specs, and you will oversee meetings, reports, and turnover deliverables. Strong BIM skills and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Construction with 5+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Experience with BIM processes and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of program contracts, standards, and 2D/3D deliverables.
• Coordinate BIM models, reviews, and submittals with design teams and subcontractors.
• Lead virtual coordination meetings and prepare coordination records.
• Communicate BOMs and manufacturing standards to project teams.
• Oversee closeout content and turnover model deliverables for owners.
