Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced BIM/Coordination Lead to manage model-based deliverables across preconstruction, engineering, fabrication, and field installation for xPL products and programs.

You will guide design teams and subcontractors, maintain BIM standards, and lead coordination meetings to ensure alignment with contract requirements and project schedules.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Construction with minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Proficiency in BIM tools and coordination processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop working knowledge of program contract documents and BIM deliverables.
• Maintain program standards and file-based communication for modeling.
• Oversee model content and coordination among stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage BIM-related meetings with subcontractors.
