Turner Construction Company seeks a Senior BIM Specialist to manage model-based information across design teams, trade subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout preconstruction, engineering, fabrication, and field installation of BIM deliverables for xPL Offsite programs.

You will coordinate content, ensure adherence to contract specs, run virtual coordination meetings, and produce turnover models with final documentation for owner turnover, while advancing BIM standards and integration across

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Construction
• 5+ years BIM experience and related field experience
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules
• Supervisory or team leadership experience
• Proficiency with BIM tools (Navisworks, Revit, SketchUp) and Office suite

Responsabilidades

• Develop knowledge of program contract documents, standards, and 2D/3D deliverables
• Understand materials, systems, and processes for each program
• Maintain project standards and document communication for BIM
• Coordinate scope of work with trades using BIM models
• Oversee model content to ensure seamless integration among stakeholders
• Review coordination models and shop drawings for conformance and conflicts
• Schedule and lead virtual coordination and submittal meetings
• Develop reports and logs from coordination meetings and BOM data
• Communicate BIM parameters and BOMs to project teams and owners
• Oversee closeout content and assemble turnover models and docs
• Apply BIM standards to support manufacturing workflows and project deployment
• Build relationships with engineers, consultants, integrators, and vendors
• Automate BIM routines to raise productivity and consistency
• Perform other duties as assigned
