Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced BIM Integration Specialist to oversee model-based deliverables across preconstruction, engineering, and field installation. You will manage designers, subcontractors, and integrators to ensure coordinated BIM content and adherence to contract requirements.

The role requires strong BIM tooling proficiency, project management experience, and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Construction and 5+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience with BIM processes.
• Proficient in BIM applications and MS Office; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assess BIM models across design, trades, and field teams.
• Coordinate with integrators to ensure seamless BIM content delivery.
• Lead virtual coordination and review meetings with subcontractors.
• Develop reports on coordination records, logs, and project docs.
• Support manufacturing workflows and project schedule alignment.
