Turner Construction Company is seeking a VDC/BIM coordination professional to lead design model reviews and on-site VDC workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Preconstruction, Reality Capture, and project teams to ensure accurate BIM coordination and timely deliverables.

The role emphasizes SOP adherence, RFIs, submittals, and continuous improvement of VDC processes. A strong background in BIM tools and on-site coordination is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in VDC or related field with minimum 4 years of experience or equivalent education/training.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents and project schedules.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead review of design models and coordinate BIM/VDC deliverables on-site.
• Coordinate VDC meetings, document control, and RFI processes.
• Develop BIM execution plans and support 4D modeling, scheduling, and production tracking.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction and Reality Capture teams on VDC workflows.
• Support continuous improvement and deployment of innovative VDC tools.
