Job summary

Stantec is seeking a BIM Technician for US West to deliver BIM and CAD project documentation. You will work with BIM Technicians, project managers, engineers, and disciplines to develop coordinated models and drawings, support ACC/BIM 360 workflows, and ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities include setting up Revit and CAD models, coordinating with teams for clash detection and model coordination, and delivering high-quality, document-ready outputs across multiple projects in a

Qualifications

• Certificate from technical college and at least 2 years of relevant experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
• Related experience in the engineering/contractor industry.
• Familiarity with mechanical, plumbing, electrical and technology design within the built environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and update Revit models and CAD drawings per project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and disciplines to support integrated delivery and model coordination.
• Produce accurate 2D documentation and coordinated 3D models.
• Support ACC/BIM 360 workflows, including model hosting, publishing, and coordination.
• Assist with model content, updates and family management as needed.
