Job summary

Stantec seeks a BIM Technician in US West to deliver BIM and CAD project documentation. You will collaborate with BIM Technicians, managers, engineers and disciplines to develop coordinated models, support ACC/BIM 360 workflows, and ensure compliant, high-quality deliverables.

The role emphasizes setting up Revit/AutoCAD, coordinating across teams, and maintaining standards while contributing to multi-project delivery. Hybrid work environment with regular office presence requested.

Qualifications

Certificate from a technical college with 2+ years of AutoCAD/Revit experience.
Experience in the engineering/contractor industry.
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design within the built environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up, maintain, and update Revit models and CAD drawings in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
Manage ACC/BIM 360 workflows for model hosting, publishing, and coordination.
Produce accurate 2D documentation and coordinated 3D models.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to support integrated project delivery, including clash detection and model coordination.
Assist with model content, updates, and family management as needed.
