Job summary

Stantec is seeking a BIM Technician in US West to play a key role in delivering BIM and CAD project documentation. You will work with BIM Technicians, project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to develop coordinated models and drawings, support ACC/BIM 360 workflows, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with established standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate from technical college with at least 2 years of relevant AutoCAD/Revit experience.
• Experience in the engineering/contractor industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with MEP and technology design in built environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and update Revit models and CAD drawings per project requirements and standards.
• Manage ACC/BIM 360 workflows including hosting, publishing, and coordination.
• Produce accurate 2D documentation and 3D models.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and disciplines for integrated delivery and model coordination.
