TK Elevator in Atlanta, GA seeks a Billing Coordinator for New Installation/Modernization. You will create and manage invoices, billing schedules, and maintain customer relationships to support project billing and collections.

Responsibilities include billing by contract value and percent complete, preparing invoices, maintaining SOV templates per AIA standards, processing change orders, and updating Oracle with percent complete. Prior elevator experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus 1-year college/technical certificate or 3-6 months related experience.
• Experience with billing processes and contracts preferred.
• Oracle database knowledge required or highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Bills projects based on contract value and percent complete.
• Prepares and submits invoices per customer requirements.
• Maintains SOV templates according to AIA standards.
• Submits billing logs to branch to ensure timely billing.
• Updates percent complete in Oracle.
• Develops working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
