Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related sales experience in elevators, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to read architectural drawings. You will develop quotes, present bids, and coordinate with operations to ensure profitable projects for the branch.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevators strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bid and secure modernization contracts while developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and owners during pre-bid of modernization projects.
• Maintain knowledge of products and local elevator codes through training and manuals.
• Create quotes and bid packages from blueprints and site surveys to ensure profitability.
• Present bids to customers, explaining costs and product features, and negotiate scope of work.
