Job summary

The role requires 2-5 years of supervisory billing experience, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's or Associate degree. A strong focus on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration is key.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory work experience in billing or credit and collections.
• Bachelor's or Associates degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 8-12 invoicing specialists daily; review performance, actions, metrics and KPIs.
• Set team targets and KPIs; monitor actual vs target and provide coaching.
• Improve billing accuracy and timeliness for NI/MOD billings per contract terms.
• Audit monthly/quarterly invoices; ensure accurate billing uploads to third-party systems.
• Communicate with field org and customers to resolve discrepancies and disputes.
• Collaborate with SAP/RPA to automate time-consuming processes.
