Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a Billing Supervisor in Atlanta to lead 8-12 invoicing specialists, ensuring accurate and timely service billing in line with contracts. You will drive process improvements, oversee metrics, and coordinate with field teams and customers on billing issues.

Responsibilities include audits, collaboration for gap closures, and partnering with RPA designers to automate repetitive tasks in SAP.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory work experience in billing or credit and collections or a Bachelor's/Associate's Degree with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 8-12 Invoicing specialists, review performance and KPIs.
• Improve billing accuracy, ensure timely service billings per contracts.
• Lead calls with field org and customers to resolve billing issues.
• Drive automation initiatives with RPA designers in SAP.
