Cox Automotive is seeking a Billing Specialist I in Draper, Utah. The role handles inbound customer inquiries via phone and email as the first contact for customers, supports billing-related requests, and partners with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and account management.

You will review and audit billing data, post payments, and help resolve discrepancies, while maintaining compliance with policies and timelines. A customer-focused approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of billing-related experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to document resolution and articulate issues clearly

Responsabilidades

• Process billing transactions, invoices, credits, and account adjustments accurately and on time
• Set up and maintain customer accounts within billing systems
• Review and audit billing information for accuracy and completeness
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Post payments and adjustments to accounts
• Monitor billing reports and identify exceptions or issues
• Assist with collections activities and payment tracking as needed
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing concerns
• Maintain records and supporting documentation
• Follow billing policies and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of billing efficiency
