Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work experience: 5 years in relevant roles.
• Familiarity with Epic EHR and managed care processes.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and phone communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients by phone or email with prior experience.
• Monitor staff performance to meet quality and practice standards.
• Triage patient calls and emails and coordinate scheduling templates.
• Assist in training staff and coordinating office operations.
• Provide backup coverage during peak times and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Prepare reports as directed and participate in quality improvement activities.
