The role directs the front desk/scheduling team, coordinates office functions, and acts as a liaison among patients, staff, and healthcare professionals to advocate for patient needs. The position oversees scheduling, training, and coordination of staff, with a focus on regulatory compliance, quality care, and efficient operations in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained (AHA).
• Basic Life Support certification (American Red Cross) is also acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Monitors staff performance to ensure quality care and compliance with standards.
• Coordinates scheduling, registration review, and HIPAA acknowledgement processes.
• Triage patient calls, emails, and tasks with appropriate personnel.
