RethinkFirst is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to support our billing teams by reconciling therapy session reimbursements and posting payments in customer billing systems. You will interact with insurance portals and billing platforms to maintain accurate accounts receivable and streamline payment processes.

The role requires attention to detail, communication with internal teams, and familiarity with payor contracts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years payment posting experience.
• ABA experience.
• Experience using insurance company websites/portals.
• Professional phone skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking and communication with internal teams and insurers.

Responsabilités

• Ensure HIPAA-compliant confidentiality with all client data.
• Reconcile payments posted electronically from the clearinghouse.
• Post manual payments in billing platforms (Rethink, Tebra, Azalea).
• Review and interpret EOBs and ERAs.
• Post payments from insurance portals.
• Enroll in ERAs when applicable to reduce manual posting and monitor enrollment progress.
