Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to support billing teams by reconciling therapy session payments and posting them across multiple billing platforms. You will ensure timely reimbursements and maintain accurate accounts receivable records for clients.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with insurance portals, and collaboration with the CBA/AR teams to resolve discrepancies. Remote-work options are available for eligible states.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of payment posting experience.
• Experience with insurance portals and billing software.
• ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality for all client data.
• Reconcile electronically posted payments from the clearinghouse.
• Post manual payments in all billing platforms (Rethink, Tebra, Azalea).
• Review EOBs/ERAs and post payor transactions.
• Monitor enrollment requests to reduce manual posting volume.
• Communicate trends and issues to the AR team for resolution.
