Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on the billing readiness process for North America Field Service, ensuring proper cost postings, customer authorizations, and status updates for billing teams.

You will collaborate with field offices and markets to maintain accurate open orders and resolve billing-related issues. The position emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in job costing, accounting, and customer service.
• HVAC service industry experience a plus.
• ServiceMax, Salesforce and SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate completion of jobs for billing, customer authorization, and ready-to-bill status.
• Communicate with field offices regarding status and issues.
• Monitor Open Order daily and for month-end activities.
• Address corrections and updates as needed.
• Assist with customer disputes with regular updates to the customer.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the billing readiness process.
