McKenney’s is seeking a Billing Specialist to support the Atlanta and Charlotte Building Services Division with high-volume service billing accuracy. The role collaborates with account managers and customers to gather information, prepare invoices, and ensure AR deadlines are met.

You'll use Salesforce and Microsoft Office to manage data, review unbilled reports, and communicate billing status. Prior experience in dispatch/customer service or accounting is preferred; a HS diploma or GED is

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a dispatch/customer service or accounting-related position.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Review service work order documentation and provide billing information for approval.
• Communicate with account managers and customers to obtain information to complete billing.
• Review unbilled reports and ensure AR deadlines are met.
• Submit and send invoices following customer-specific billing requirements.
• Use Salesforce to research customer details and update data.
• Lead monthly meetings with account managers to review aging invoices.
• Collaborate with the account management team to support billing documentation requests.
• Perform data management and use reporting tools to identify and correct problems.
