Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst in Charlotte, NC, to support the NA Field Service billing readiness process.

You will verify job completion, customer authorization, and correct cost postings, and ensure items are ready to bill for work performed by field offices. Responsibilities include daily open order management, weekly team meetings, and addressing customer disputes while maintaining performance metrics and driving process improvements across billing

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of work experience in a business environment.
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Validate completion of jobs for billing, checking for customer authorization.
• Completion/closure of the service order/project.
• Validate correct cost postings and corrections as needed.
• Set jobs to Ready to Bill status for the billing team.
• Communicate with field offices on status and issues with jobs.
• Monitor Open Order status daily and for month end activities.
• Assist with customer disputes with regular updates to the customer.
• Meet established performance metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the billing readiness process.
