Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Billing Analyst to support North America Field Service billing readiness. The role validates job completion and customer authorization, reviews cost postings, and ensures orders and projects are billed accurately.

You will work with field offices and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, support month-end close, and assist with disputes. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of billing systems are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in a business, administrative, operations, billing, finance, or customer support environment.
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
• Experience in job costing, accounting, billing operations, or field service support is a plus.

• Validate jobs for billing readiness with customer authorization and correct status.
• Review and correct cost postings and billing discrepancies.
• Communicate with field offices about status and required follow-up actions.
• Monitor open orders and support month-end close for accurate billing readiness.
• Assist with customer disputes by researching issues and updating stakeholders.
• Upload invoices into Customer Portals for payment.
• Update systems to support accurate billing, reporting, and operations.

• Support continuous improvement of the billing readiness process.
