Kforce is seeking a SAS Billing Specialist in Augusta, GA to support billing, accounts receivable, and invoice research. You will work with internal teams, sales partners, vendors, and clients to investigate billing discrepancies, monitor invoices, and ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in billing, AR, or related roles.
• Experience researching invoice discrepancies and billing questions.
• Experience editing/working with PDF documents.

Responsibilities

• Handle billing and AR inquiries with internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist sales partners and clients with invoice discrepancies and questions.
• Monitor AR aging and past-due invoices.
• Research and resolve invoicing issues and account discrepancies.
• Prepare and process invoice adjustments and corrections.
• Maintain accurate billing records and supporting docs.
