Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Client Account Analysts to ensure alignment with billing practices and policy
• Oversee monthly billing close, resolve issues, and escalate delays to senior leadership
• Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews for team members
• Onboard new team members and supervise global billing and reporting processes
• Create and validate complex monthly reporting to strengthen client support
• Track team metrics and drive improvements in service delivery
• Support project management initiatives and lead related plans and executions
• Respond to client and internal inquiries with timely, accurate analyses
