Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in a billing function within a professional services firm.
• 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
• Experience with global billing and reporting processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive billing improvements.
• Lead Client Account Analysts and provide supervision and guidance.
• Oversee monthly billing close and resolve delays or issues.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments meeting client expectations.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews to the team.
• Train staff on global billing and reporting processes and policies.
• Onboard new team members and guide on processes and required training.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior management for timely resolution.
• Track metrics and analyze trends to maintain exceptional client service.
• Create and validate complex monthly reporting and identify reporting needs.
