Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in building systems and energy efficiency, seeks a billing specialist to assemble complete invoices, reports and certified payroll for customer payments. The role requires strong Excel skills and clear communication to ensure accuracy and on-time processing.

You will coordinate with 14 field resources, track open calls, locally bill service items, and package invoices within negotiated timelines, using your organizational and teamwork abilities daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Operations/Service Delivery.
• Strong decision-making skills and adaptability.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good telephone manner and professional communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Team player able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assigning tasks for the 14 dedicated field resources.
• Tracking & managing all open calls including inspection manuals.
• Locally billing all open SRs including Inspection-Manuals & general service requests.
• Tracking & maintaining monthly L&M revenue.
• Invoice packaging and delivery per a negotiated timeline.
