Johnson Controls, a global leader in building systems and energy efficiency, seeks a Billing Specialist to prepare complete billing packets and certified payroll for timely payments. Responsibilities include coordinating 14 field resources, tracking open calls, and locally billing service requests with timely invoice packaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Operations/Service Delivery.
• Strong decision-making skills and adaptability.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good telephone manner and appropriate business communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to operate under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assigning tasks for the 14 dedicated field resources.
• Tracking & managing all open calls including inspection manuals.
• Locally billing all open SRs including Inspection-Manuals & general service requests.
• Tracking & maintaining monthly L&M revenue.
• Invoice packaging and delivery per a negotiated timeline.
