Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a billing specialist to prepare and provide complete invoicing packets, including reports and certified payroll, to ensure timely payments. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and requires experience in customer service or operations delivery, plus strong Excel skills.

You will handle task assignment for field resources, invoice packaging, and revenue tracking, contributing to accurate and timely client billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Operations/Service Delivery.
• Strong decision-making skills and adaptability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks for 14 field resources.
• Track and manage all open calls and inspection manuals.
• Locally bill all open SRs including manuals and service requests.
• Track and maintain monthly L&M revenue.
• Package invoices and deliver per negotiated timelines.
