Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a billing specialist to generate invoices for customers and assemble complete billing packets with reports and certified payroll to ensure timely payment. You will coordinate with field resources and manage open service requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Operations/Service Delivery.
• Strong decision-making and adaptability.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assigning tasks for the 14 dedicated field resources.
• Tracking & managing all open calls including inspection manuals.
• Locally billing all open SRs including Inspection-Manuals & general service requests.
• Tracking & maintaining monthly L&M revenue.
• Invoice packaging and delivery per a negotiated timeline.
