Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Customer Service Representative on the billing team to assist customers with billing questions and account support. You will handle inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment, delivering accurate information and empathetic service.

Starting December 13 for a second shift, you’ll work with a supportive team across the country, using MS Office and various software tools to resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; strong communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English; available for varied schedules.
• Preferred: 6+ months in customer service and familiarity with computers/software.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge and account support to customers on billing matters.
