Spectrum is hiring a Customer Service Representative on our billing team to handle inbound calls and assist customers with billing inquiries. You will work in our fast-paced call centers and join a collaborative team delivering Spectrum Internet, Voice, and Video solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls related to billing inquiries.
• Provide product knowledge and account support to Spectrum customers.
• Empathize with customers and address billing needs while maintaining high service standards.
• Escalate issues when appropriate and collaborate with management on customer escalations.
