Job summary

EDM International, Inc. is seeking an Invoice Specialist to support billing and accounts receivable. You will prepare client invoices, coordinate with Project Managers for billing information, and monitor invoice status to ensure timely payments.

You’ll also assist with collections and reconcile products- and services-related charges across Zoho and Deltek Vantagepoint. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel for reconciliation, tracking, data validation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, process, and distribute accurate client invoices.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to obtain billing information and approvals.
• Monitor invoice status and accounts receivable; identify overdue invoices.
• Support A/R and collections with professional client communication.
