Job summary

MISSIONPD Instore is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage invoicing, payments, and revenue accuracy. You will collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and support timely closing.

Your work ensures clean billing records, accurate month-end reporting, and strong customer satisfaction across multiple PD locations. The role requires attention to detail, experience with ERP systems (prefer Dynamics 365), and excellent Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of billing, invoicing or accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Process customer payments and apply cash receipts.
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections.
• Reconcile billing transactions and assist with month-end reporting.
